Maison Nunu selects jewelry and accessories from makers we rate, and buys in quantities small enough that we know every piece we carry.

Why there’s no checkout

Most of what we sell needs one question answered before it ships — a ring size, a chain length, which stone, whether it’s being engraved. Shopping carts are bad at questions. WhatsApp is good at them.

So every piece on this site has an enquiry button instead of an add-to-cart. It opens a chat with the piece already named, and we take it from there.

Ordered in

Pieces marked ordered in aren’t held in stock — we place the order once you’ve decided. That usually means two to four weeks, and it means you get a say in the details along the way: for stone-set pieces we send photographs of what’s available so you pick the one you want.

Care

Keep pieces dry, store them apart so chains don’t knot, and take gold vermeil off before swimming. If something we sold you goes wrong, tell us and we’ll help you sort it.
